If you want to change the world just remember change is like water in a pond. A big splash maybe will make a huge impact at first but it slowly dies out but a ripple in the pond can keep on growing to the edge of the pond. The best change is slow and spread out through time/people because the can ripple keeps on growing. A single person that spreads kindness in a simple gesture even gradually has a bigger affect on the world more than they realize because it spreads.

“I don’t like that man. I need to get to know him better.”
“Enlightenment is complete awareness of the impulses of the ego.”
“Quote of the day “You will experience layer after layer of purposes, each one getting closer and closer to your deepest purpose…Each purpose, each mission, is meant to be lived to the point where it becomes empty, boring, and useless…This is a sign of growth, but you may mistake it for failure.” -David Deida”
“I drew solanin when I was about 24 years old. I had just graduated from college and was feeling a bit insecure about my ability to suceed as a manga artist and whether I was able to continue to draw manga that were true to myself. In my anxiety and impatience, I felt that all I could do in my manga was try to get a true depiction of times as experienced by my generation. Lovers, friends, money, jobs, a society with an unclear future, one’s own pride.. Writhing in these multiple, entangling factors, perhaps they are unable to draw any conclusions Perhaps this instant now is just a small part of their futile daily lives. The only thing that’s certain is that they can never return to the days gone by. There’s nothing cool about these characters. They’re just your average 20-somethings who blend into the backdrop of the city. But the most important messages in our lives don’t come from musicians on the stage or stars on television. They come from the average people all around you, the ones who are just feet from where you stand. That’s what I believe.”
“The (500) Days of Summer attitude of “He wants you so bad” seems attractive to some women and men, especially younger ones, but I would encourage anyone who has a crush on my character to watch it again and examine how selfish he is. He develops a mildly delusional obsession over a girl onto whom he projects all these fantasies. He thinks she’ll give his life meaning because he doesn’t care about much else going on in his life. A lot of boys and girls think their lives will have meaning if they find a partner who wants nothing else in life but them. That’s not healthy. That’s falling in love with the idea of a person, not the actual person.”
