What led you to quit smoking?

What are your insecurities?
To be honest one of my insecurities is probably my body. I used to be a really fat kid up until the end of high school and got teased a lot for it. Partly why I started working out was cause of that and for myself. So the fatboy syndrome has stuck with me a degree even so I always feel blah if I don’t work out or keep to my regiment. why did you even pick up smoking anyways?
I picked up smoking awhile ago when I was going through a stressful time around like 8 months ago. It was a bad habit to turn to but one day someone offered me a cig and instead of saying no like I used to always I actually smoked it for once and thats how it started.

If you can go anywhere for vacation right now...
I would go to Japan because I’ve always wanted to go there and explore around. Paris would be really nice too but I really love Japanese culture and old school temples. Theres a good mix of urbanism and historical.
